Foster Care Case Management
Program Description
Foster care case management is provided in cooperation with the Children's Division of the Missouri Department of Social Services. Edgewood’s case managers work closely with foster children, their biological families, and foster families to find a safe, permanent home for every child. Permanency plans may include reunification with biological parents, guardianship or kinship care and adoption. Other alternative arrangements, such as independent living, are used for older youth when a viable permanency plan is no longer an option.
