Chefs' Night Out
Edgewood Children’s Center’s 15th Annual Chefs’ Night Out proved to be yet another extraordinary evening of great food, wine and company to benefit Edgewood Children's Center!
Guests nibbled on everything from Duck Confit Cake with a Micro Green-Orange Salad to a “Deconstructed” Sushi Roll with Sesame Crust, Ginger Root Wakeme Slaw and Yuzu Drizzle to Braised Colorado Lamb Pot Pie with a Rosemary Lamb Infused Reduction and Mint Pesto Yukon Silk. Guests also had the opportunity to bid on dozens of silent auction items and bid in the live auction, which featured private chef dinners and an autographed 2006 World Series Champion St. Louis Cardinal’s locker room photo.

A heartfelt thanks goes to The Club Managers Association of America-St. Louis Chapter, the Chefs’ Night Out committee, and the chefs who worked so hard preparing for the evening.
