Edgewood offers a comprehensive benefits package for all regular full time employees. Benefits begin the first of the month following 90 days of employment. They include:

  • 401k plan with employer match after 1 year of service

  • Flexible spending plan
  • We also observe 7 annual holidays, offer up to 2 weeks of PTO (Paid Time Off) the first year of employment, increasing to 3 weeks at two years of service, and 4 weeks after 3 years of service.
